This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is made between trackcenter.net, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the subscriber, hereinafter referred to as "the Subscriber."
The Subscriber agrees to avail services from the Company that allows for phone number scanning to ascertain its location, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our Usage Policy.
Fees, Payment, and Subscription Tiers
- Initial Query: The fee for the first query amounts to $2.
- Pro Version: Should the Subscriber fail to cancel the service within 7 days from the date of the initial query, the subscription will automatically transition to the Pro version. The charge for this version stands at $14.99 weekly.
- Payment Processing: All transactions are facilitated via paddle.com using credit card details provided by the Subscriber.
Subscription Activation, Duration, and Renewal
- The subscription process is initiated once a phone number is queried. A subsequent payment screen from paddle.com will display, indicating the amount due along with service details.
- Post successful payment processing, the Subscriber is redirected to the result page, signaling the commencement of the subscription term.
- The subscription persists until an explicit cancellation from the Subscriber. If the provided credit card details lapse or payment is unsuccessful for unforeseen reasons, the subscription will face automatic termination.
Cancellation and Termination
- Subscriber-led Cancellation: Subscribers can terminate their subscription at any given point. Lack of cancellation within the preliminary 7 days will result in an automatic upgrade to the Pro version, with associated charges.
- Company-led Termination: The Company reserves discretionary rights to halt a subscription in the event of a breach in terms of service or suspected fraudulent undertakings.

Privacy and Data Handling
The Company staunchly respects the Subscriber's privacy. All subscription-centric data is securely stored on our proprietary servers, with restricted sharing only with paddle.com We pledge that all data interactions are executed with the highest degree of confidentiality and security.
The Company may periodically update this Agreement to reflect changes in its practices, service offerings, or the prevailing regulatory landscape. Subscribers will be notified of substantial changes and are advised to periodically review the Agreement for updates.
